Katrina Amy Alexandria Alexis Infield Price was born in Brighton, UK, on May 22, 1978, to furniture dealer dad Ray Infield and mum Amy Charlier.

Her parents split up when she was four and her mum married Paul Price, a fencing firm owner, who gave Katie his surname.

She has an older brother named Daniel, who looks after her website, and a younger half sister, Sophie, who is also a model.

When she was 16 a friend suggested she have some photographs done. To her surprise, the London agency to which she sent them liked them and signed her up.

The agency came up with the stage name Jordan and she soon started appearing in The Sun and men's lifestyle magazines, becoming one of Britain's best-known models.

Katie Price said she felt "physically sick" and concerned for the safety of her children after a tracking device was found under her pink Range Rover.

A mechanic found the concealed GPS under her car while it was at a London garage for a routine check earlier this week.Katie, 33, said: "I felt physically sick when I spoke to my mum and she told me how a mechanic had found a device hidden on the undercarriage of the Range Rover.

"It was found on Tuesday morning as I was working on publicity for my new book. The first thing I thought about was my kids and their safety. I needed to be with them."The garage had my car on a ramp and spotted this tracker.
