How to get the Panda Eyes look

Step 1: Eyes First!

I always do my eyes first to avoid eyeshadow fall-out as well as unnecessary cleaning. So for this look, you will need an ultra black and extra creamy eye shadow. You can use a pressed/powder eyeshadow; however, be weary of fall-out.

Also, you will absolutely need to use an eyeshadow primer [Amazon UK], and you will need to pack it on. With that said, it’s just so much easier to use a cream shadow. A soft, pencil eyeliner or gel eyeliner works as well!

Apply your black shadow up to the crease, and do not go above it. Once that’s complete, line the bottom of your eyes and connect both the upper and lower outer corners to each other.

Step 2: Blending

Next, using a lighter black shade such as Urban Decay Creep, blend the edges minimally. It’s important to keep this minimal as you do not want to blend too high into the brow/highlight area or too far below.

Step 3: Brow Highlight & Brow Definition

My favorite brow highlight is the light, cream color from Nars’ eyeshadow duo Misfit. However, it depends on your natural coloring. For this look, it’s best to use something that is close to your skin color.

Foundation might even be an option for you as long as your foundation isn’t darker than your natural skin color. When applying your brow highlight, I love my fluffy, cone-shaped crease defining brush. It applies everything in sheer amounts.

I also love layering Urban Decay’s Virgin directly under my eyebrow arch as it enhances the arch! I am loving this look already! Don’t forget to color/stencil in the brows! This is a strong eye look and requires bold brows! Please don’t skip! Huge mistake if you do ;)

[Kate Middleton loves it, Cheryl Cole loves it, but can you bear the panda look?]

Step 4: Final Steps

I am so excited because this look is pretty much done! All you need is to do is apply mascara [Amazon UK] (or falsies), prime skin, apply foundation and set with loose powder!
