The Saturdays say they are “happy” with chart position. Hm!

They might have entered the Official Album Charts at a surprising position of number 23 last week – but The Saturdays say they are very happy with their chart performance and new LP, On Your Radar. Hmm!

Speaking to Digital Spy yesterday Vanessa White explained, “It was a really busy week and we've never really released at this time of year in the build-up to Christmas. We're really happy with it and we're proud of the album because we had a lot of input.

We're really looking forward to performing all the songs on tour, so it's an exciting time!"

Do we believe her? We’re not so sure! Especially as the girls’ album went from being at number 23 to falling out of the Top 40 all together. Totally not On Our Radar then?

Whoops!

The girls also mentioned they might make The Way You Watch Me (their collaboration with Travie McCoy) their next single, although they are still to make the final decision. But Rochelle says a number one single would make them happy – even though they have proved they don’t need a number one to be successful.

She previously explained, “We've already proved that you don't need a number one because we're on our 11th single now and we're just about to do an arena tour in December. So we've proved you don't need one, but we'd love one for ourselves!"
