X FACTOR judge Kelly Rowland put on an X-rated performance for last night's
semi-final results show — sparking complaints to telly watchdog Ofcom.
The former Destiny's Child star stripped down to a teeny top and hotpants to sing her new song Down For Whatever.
Kelly, 30, first appeared wearing a see-through skirt with diamante belt, but this was soon ripped off by her team of bare-chested backing dancers to reveal an even skimpier number.
The song's lyrics were also very sexual, with the star singing: "I'm ready to take it anywhere... I could make love on the floor."
And as the performance was broadcast on the family show before the 9pm watershed, it is likely to get her in trouble with Ofcom, who have already started to receive complaints.
Fans hit internet forums to moan about Kelly's inappropriate attire.
Reality Rocks wrote on Digital Spy: "I found it a poor performance, and what she was wearing just wasn't appropriate."
And an internet fan called Eloisa called fellow judge Gary Barlow a hypocrite for slamming sexy performances then praising Kelly.
She wrote: "I recall Gary was in the press earlier in the week slating Rhianna for wearing little clothing, sexual innuendo and generally being a bad role model for young girls.
"Yet there he was giving Kelly a standing ovation despite her wearing very little and her sexually provocative dancing.
"I admired him at the time for saying what he did but it turns out he's no more than a hypocrite."
Fans on Twitter were also shocked.
Sarah Stevens wrote: "Kelly Rowland, you seem to have forgotten your clothes. Awkward."
But many praised her toned figure.
Jakki Lewis wrote: "Kelly Rowland has one hot body."
The X Factor is already in trouble with Ofcom, who received complaints over Frankie Cocozza's shambolic performance and four-letter outburst before he was axed over his booze, sex and drugs boasts.
And judge Tulisa Contostavlos is being investigated by the regulator for promoting her perfume The Female Boss by holding her arm with the the words tattooed it across her chest in a salute to fans at the start of almost every show.
A small number of complaints were also received over singer Rihanna's latest appereance after she performed wearing shoes with the F-word written on them.
X Factor makers Freemantle and talkbackThames were already read the riot act by the watchdog at the start of this year's live shows after 3,000 complaints were made over last year's raunchy appearances by Christina Aguilera and Rihanna.
