Little Mix beat Marcus Collins in X-Factor Final

Little Mix and Marcus Collins battled it out in tonight's X Factor final - and the girls won.

The show started with a performance from the 5 singers - joined by eliminated acts, including The Risk, Misha B, Janet Devlin, Goldie, Johnny Robinson, Craig Colton and Kitty Brucknell.

Marcus then took to the stage in a fab fuchsia shirt and jacket - with matching shoes - to sing his favourite X Factor song, Jackie Wilson's Your Love Keeps Lifting Me Higher And Higher.

Little Mix did not receive the sympathy vote - Tulisa

Tulisa has never been one to bite her tongue, so we weren’t in the least bit surprised when she angrily responded to claims that Little Mix have only made it to the final with sympathy votes.

In reference to Gary Barlow’s harsh criticism of the girls during Saturday night’s show, Tulisa said, “”I think the people at home watching, who knew how amazing their last performance was, may have been angered by his comments, yes.

“But I think Little Mix fans are true and would have voted either way.”

Meanwhile Jade, Jesy, Perrie and Leigh-Anne were all smiles yesterday as they made a personal appearance at Romford Liberty Shopping Centre.

The girlband are going to be touring the country all week as they give it one last final push before this weekend’s final when the three remaining acts will battle it out for the X Factor 2011 title in front of 10,000 people at Wembley Arena.

Tulisa used to walk around with a baseball bat

As Tulisa likes to remind us A LOT, she’s well’ard innit. She maybe all glam and an X Factor judge now, but there was a time when she used to walk the mean NW streets with a baseball bat on her to protect her from the bullies.

Jesus Tulisa, not even Orphan Annie needed one of those.

Speaking to the Radio Times the N-Dubz singer revealed: “I had to walk down the road with a baseball bat in my pocket. I didn’t end up having to use the bat, but I did have to punch people back.”

D’ya hear that Kelly Rowland yeah? Just watch what you say about Little Mix’s melodies.

Tulisa also admitted that her difficult teen years make her feel a little out of place in her more glamorous surroundings now.

“I’ll think, ‘I don’t belong here.’ I get those moments now and again. I can be very feisty, but that’s a defence mechanism for me. I’m defensive because too many years of my life I was treated like s**t.”
